Regional Fair Chance Academy Workshops Provided by the Kentucky Chamber Foundation

The Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s Workforce Recovery Program is now hosting Regional Fair Chance Academies! This initiative bridges the gap between businesses’ need for employees and those in active recovery or returning citizens to find meaningful employment.

Join us Wednesday, April 24, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST at the Goodwill Opportunity Center in Elizabethtown! Approximately 30 companies will be selected for this cohort. The selected businesses will attend a one-day workshop. Following the workshop, business leaders will implement actionable steps to become transformational employers with the assistance of the Workforce Recovery Program.

Apply to receive valuable training on hiring and retaining exceptional talent through the Regional Fair Chance Academy!

The Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s Workforce Recovery Program launched the first-ever Fair Chance Academy in May 2022. This Fair Chance Academy provides businesses with training and experiences to adopt a Fair Chance workplace that provides transformational employment successfully. 100 Kentuckians have participated in the initial four cohorts of businesses to be certified as Fair Chance.
