A Chamber-Led Smart Justice Initiative

The study highlights the purpose of launching the initiative to help create public awareness and interest in reforming Kentucky’s approach to substance use disorder and criminal justice. Take a look at the case study that highlights the Kentucky Chamber’s efforts to learn about the impact these issues have had on communities as well as the Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s efforts to engage businesses in becoming fair chance employers through the Fair Chance Academy, Kentucky Transformational Employment Program, and Kentucky Talent Hub.
